Garena Free Fire will launch its latest campaign, “Fire Kickoff,” in celebration of the football season, bringing together players and football fans worldwide to experience the spirit of “Kick Off for Passion.” From June 5 to June 23, players can immerse themselves in a vibrant, football-themed festival featuring interactive experiences, an electrifying sporting atmosphere, and a wide range of engaging in-game content. 

As part of the campaign, all maps will feature football-themed elements and reskinned items. Players can also participate in a variety of new activities and earn exclusive themed in-game rewards.

A New Football Field and All-New Mechanics in Battle Royale and Clash Squad

In Battle Royale mode, Bermuda’s Factory will be transformed into a brand-new football field, complete with interactive devices. Serving as a centerpiece of the campaign’s Battle Royale experience, the football field offers players a distinct new area to explore and compete. Additionally, Pitch Showdown Revival, a revival mechanic, will be available across all maps during the early to mid stages of each match. Eliminated players are transported to a football field for a 1-on-1 showdown, where winners earn an immediate return to the match, adding a dynamic second-chance element to the gameplay.
 

Further expanding gameplay, Free Fire introduces two new features that bring fresh gameplay dynamics to the battlefield: Football Form and Football Blast. Available across both Battle Royale and Clash Squad modes, Football Form allows players to transform into a football to speed across the battlefield, perform agile jumps, and get kicked by teammates to execute creative plays and surprise attacks. Meanwhile, the Football Blast, available exclusively in Battle Royale mode, fires explosive football grenades that add greater depth and versatility to combat encounters.
 

Start a Football Journey from Open Qualifiers to the Championship Stage

In Fire Kickoff, players will take on the role of a footballer and embark on a five-stage tournament journey through the event interface. At each stage, they will enter an interactive football shooting minigame to recreate decisive scoring moments and advance to the next stage of their journey. As players complete the full progression, they can unlock rewards such as a football-themed backpack and the grand prize Female Bundle. Players can earn tokens used to progress through the event by participating in matches and completing in-game missions.
 

More details about Fire Kickoff will be revealed in the coming days. Players can also look forward to themed items in the in-game store, including the Unisex Football Jersey, which allows players to customize their in-game nickname and number on the back. Additional themed collectibles, such as Gloo Wall skins, sports car skins, hairstyles, and more football-themed emotes, will also be available in the in-game store.
