September 15 2026 – The world of NARUTO SHIPPUDEN is returning to Garena Free Fire as Chapter One: Nine Tails Strikes comes back with upgraded gameplay, fresh rewards, and fan-requested content! Running from Sep 16 to Oct 15, the collaboration introduces Hinata Hyuga, adds the Ninja Academy to the Hidden Leaf Village, refreshes Battle Royale gameplay, and brings more rewards to unlock.
The updated chapter also introduces a Sharingan-powered mechanic that lets players command Nine Tails, alongside Free Fire's first-ever Pick-One Grand Prize, offering both returning players and newcomers more ways to experience the collaboration.

UPGRADED GAMEPLAY: COMMAND NINE TAILS AND MASTER NEW NINJUTSU
Free Fire’s iconic Nine Tails Strikes Bermuda event returns with an updated twist. As before, Nine Tails may descend upon the battlefield by targeting the aircraft, arsenal, or ground, creating dynamic encounters throughout each match. However, this time, players can obtain the Sharingan: Control skill to briefly command Nine Tails, unleashing its power across a designated area and introducing a new tactical element to Battle Royale.
Also joining the battlefield is the 8 Trigrams Palm Rotation, a Ninjutsu skill that releases chakra in all directions while spinning, creating a defensive barrier around the player that repels incoming attacks. It joins six returning fan-favorite Ninjutsu skills: Water Dragon Jutsu, Great Breach, Fireball Jutsu, Rasengan, Chidori, and Cherry Blossom Clash.
What’s more, the Hidden Leaf Village welcomes a new landmark: Ninja Academy, where generations of ninjas—including Naruto Uzumaki, Sasuke Uchiha, and Sakura Haruno—began their journey. Players will be able to explore the academy’s classrooms, visit the Chunin Written Exam Room, and visit Naruto's iconic swing, where an interaction rewards them with additional buffs.
To complete the experience, fan-favorite tracks from the anime return to Free Fire. Blue Bird plays during the parachuting phase, while the iconic NARUTO Main Theme serves as the collaboration lobby music, further immersing players in the NARUTO SHIPPUDEN universe.
MORE REWARDS, NEW CHARACTERS, AND FAN-FAVORITE COLLECTIBLES
For the first time, players can choose their preferred grand prize through Free Fire's Pick-One Grand Prize event. Upon completing missions, players can unlock either the Jiraiya Bundle, inspired by the legendary Sannin and Naruto's mentor, or the all-new Hinata Bundle, making Hinata Hyuga's first appearance in Free Fire.
Added in response to strong player demand following the original collaboration, the Hinata Bundle recreates Hinata's iconic NARUTO SHIPPUDEN look. Fans can also discover a hidden interaction in the event interface inspired by Hinata's signature Twin Lion Fists technique and Byakugan.
Players can further expand their collection with themed cosmetics, including Tsunade's Cloak, Gaara’s Tattoo Facepaint, Kakashi's ANBU Black Ops Mask, Froggy Wallet elimination crate, and more event rewards.
Returning bundles inspired by Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura, and other fan-favorite characters will also be available throughout the collaboration period.
Whether returning to the Hidden Leaf Village or experiencing Chapter One for the first time, players can look forward to a refreshed collaboration packed with memorable gameplay, iconic characters, and exclusive rewards.
